Visiting Dusun Semilir was quite an interesting experience, especially in terms of easy access. However, there are a few points that I think the management needs to address to maximize the visitor experience.
Excellent Points:
Ticket Exchange Process: Very satisfying. The process was simple and quick, so we didn't have to waste time at the entrance.
Information/Direction Boards: Very helpful! The placement of the signage was very informative and made it easy for me to navigate this fairly large tourist area without getting lost.
Suggestions:
Eating Utensils Cleanliness (Important): I paid particular attention to the culinary area. When ordering the smashed duck (beku penyet), the wooden plates served on them felt unhygienic. The plate I received appeared to be still wet and unsanitary. Given that wood tends to retain moisture, I recommend that the management be more thorough in ensuring the plates are completely dry and sterile, or perhaps consider alternative materials that are easier to clean.
Ride Quality (Dinosaur): For a dinosaur ride, the visuals are actually quite appealing. However, it would be much more impressive if the show had a stronger, more structured storyline. Currently, it feels like it lacks a "soul" or a narrative structure.
