Kids friendly zoo, friendly staff, good atttaction

We skip the queue by purchase the zoo tickets in advance. There are a lot of tourists buying tickets at the counter. Without buying tickets in advance, I think we might miss out penguins parade. I bought it two days before we visit the zoo. It’s awesome. We had a great experience by watching the penguins parade. It’s super easy and convenient by using Traveloka apps. Just prepare the QR code in Traveloka apps and let the staff scan on it will do. Enjoy.

I bought the ticket dan click on a date 30th December and turns out the park is CLOSED.

I love this zoo. I swear I haven't been to a zoo that is so awe-inspiring. The zoo layout was superb. I could go up and look down, or in the basement, I could see the animals wandering around. The best part was the penguins' underwater tunnels. I would definitely recommend everyone to visit.

We arrived about 2 hours before it opened and we were the only ones who arrived. However, we were able to park the car and wait in the car with the heater of course. We fell asleep for a while and when we woke up, the queue at the gate was already quite long. Fortunately, the queue for those who already had online tickets was only a few. Finally, we were able to queue immediately and had the opportunity to queue to see the penguin show in a strategic position.
