I thought that by buying a ticket of 250 thousand for 5 people per person @50 thousand, my children and I when we were in Southlake would not have to pay anymore, in reality we still had to pay when we wanted to go to the rides (duck rides/bicycle rides). I asked the ticket officer and he said that Southlake was no longer cooperating with Traveloka. If they are no longer cooperating, why are they still selling tickets via the app? How is this? Who is responsible?
