It's crowded but the queue moves quickly, it's also fun to see the view of Hong Kong from a bag like this

It was very easy to redeem tickets. No more queues. I just lined up and scanned my ticket. Everyone else was waiting to buy tickets while I was already in line. The Ferris wheel is beautiful at night, it's absolutely amazing.
