The staff is friendly and ticket exchange is very easy, just scan the QR from your mobile phone. Coming during the day, the visitors are quite crowded but not too crowded.

We had a fantastic time at Gardens by the Bay! Even as locals, we still find it a magical and refreshing place to visit. The air-conditioned domes make for a super comfortable experience, and the variety of beautiful flowers and greenery never gets old—just check out our photos! Everything is very well maintained, clean, and organized. Crowd control was excellent, toilets were spotless, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A wonderful spot whether you’re a tourist or a Singapore resident looking for a peaceful escape in nature.

Great place.. It was so huge and we succeeded to walk the whole place. We only went to Cloud Forest and Flower Dome... and both were so breathtaking.. Great experience.

Ticket redemption very easy & highly recommended.

Easy check in, just scan QR code. Not too crowded on weekday. They have aircon inside dome. There is still some tulip when we visit, and hydrangea. There is also souvenir corner connected on exit door of flower dome and cloud forest. You could get penny stamp too as gift. Cloud forest looks magical, and wait for the misting time every 2 hours. It's even fun just to sit and watch the waterfall. Worth visiting, better get the bundle ticket.

Clean & tidy. The rides are so big that it takes time to walk around the whole ride. But it's worth it.
