The monkeys here are very active and sometimes mischievous—they're known to steal items like hats, water bottles, or glasses from unsuspecting tourists. Therefore, it's recommended not to bring food, avoid looking directly into their eyes, and keep valuables safe. The average visit lasts 1–2 hours at a leisurely pace, ideally done in the morning to avoid crowds and enjoy a quieter atmosphere. The staff are also on hand to ensure the safety of both visitors and the animals.

The road flow is better than 5 years ago, but cleanliness needs to be improved.

This time, I took my mother-in-law to Monkey Forest. Although she had some issues with her knee pain, the trail didn't bother her at all. There were many new spots. Because we visited during the summer holidays, almost 90% of the visitors were foreign nationals. As far as I could see, only our family was local. Yesterday, while the fence was being repaired, the workers were caught by a foreign tourist smoking inside. This left a bit of a disappointment. So far, the monkeys have been quite polite this time, on our second visit. For the summer holidays, it's quite busy on weekdays.

Ticket desk clerk asked me to show the QR code for the voucher but I don't have any. To solve the problem, I need to spend some time.

The ticket exchange process is very quick and easy.

The place is nice, very spacious to explore, the monkeys are harmless as long as we don't disturb them. Only not all staff understand how to properly direct visitors who have booked tickets through traveloka, less friendly if we have Asean faces, different treatment with visitors from abroad. This should not be appropriate.

A shady and spacious place. This photo was taken yesterday after it rained. The photo would look much more beautiful if the weather was clear. The monkeys here aren't too aggressive if left undisturbed. But for safety, keep your distance and keep an eye on your belongings.

It's good, but because the rain doesn't stop, it's not so fun.

Enjoying our time observing monkeys, walking to the conservation forest, seeing water spring, and the protected trees. The place has good information signs, easy ticket redemption.

an exciting experience for children because they can see wild animals up close, the area is still natural but the road signs and pedestrian areas are well maintained and clear.
