The staff are very friendly and provide information and assistance. Visitors can get very busy during the holiday season, so I recommend arriving before the rides open to catch the opening show. Don't forget to bring a thick jacket, socks, and gloves for those who can't stand the cold.

An amazing experience experiencing snow in a tropical city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You didn't need to bring a lot of equipment because there was a dedicated store inside. There were also tenants selling snacks and hot drinks. It was so much fun. The two hours flew by so quickly. Moreover, the Traveloka promo allowed us to get a cheaper price. Hopefully, things can be improved, especially the ticket exchange area. Spy can just walk in.

Cheap tickets can be booked through Traveloka. However, be sure to allow extra money, as there are a lot of equipment rental costs on site. And to save money, don't forget to bring a jacket and gloves from home.

Everything is fine, the staff is friendly, the facilities are good, the rides are very fun, but the network connection is not good when buying tickets online to get promo prices in the waiting area, it takes up to 1 hour to complete the order. Other than that, everything is very good.

A vacation experience from an application that can please the family, especially the little ones. Feels like being in Europe with cold weather. Voucher exchange is also easy and fast than queuing to buy tickets at the local counter. For the price of tickets at Traveloka, I even bought it much cheaper than buying at the local counter. Great.
