Redemption is easy and fast—just scan the QR code and enjoy. However, the weather wasn’t good. It started raining in the afternoon and continued almost until park closure, causing some rides to close and long queues at games with shaded areas.

good deal to get tickets through traveloka. e-tickets allows admission without having to redeem tickets at the counter. only down side was many of the rides were closed at different times due technical issues.

Genting Highland is good. The ride is safety enough, very clean. However, for you who will ride all of the ride, just ensure that you dont bring a backpack (slingbag/very small bag should be ok) cos you have to rent a locker and it surprisingly costly. This also apply if you want to enter Genting Casino as well

klean better go to dufan sajahlah. this is nothing special. . . few games too. just because the people working only use English and are near the casino. I met other people behind me and I was disappointed. klean don't even bother...

Friendly prices, quality games that can be played by all children, queue times are not too long

It's great... it's just a shame that some of the rides are still closed... still under maintenance.

I love everything about this place. I just want to say, one game’s waiting queue can take around 1 hour and 40 minutes, and you’re lucky if you only wait for 1 hour. If you want to play more games, come early in the morning when it just opens. But I swear, it’s really fun. Just go for the extreme one. You pay for fun. Go for it! I went there late that day...around noon and there were a lot of people because it was a Saturday. Go on a weekday that’s not during school holidays, because weekends are very crowded.

Cable car tickets are not valid for some tickets.
