Ticket exchange is easy and fast. The staff at Baloga are friendly and helpful. The food prices are reasonable and the taste is good. The rides and crowded areas are clean. The bathroom cleanliness could be improved.

Our family visited Batu Love Garden while on vacation in Malang and were really satisfied! The place is very spacious, clean, and colorful. Very suitable for families, especially children who love flowers and photo spots.
