The ticket purchase process was quick, and redemption at the counter was also quick. Although there was a queue (which is understandable since it's the weekend), the process didn't take long. Information was clear, perhaps because I'd been there before. So far, it's okay for a refreshing break with the kids. It's quite busy but not cramped. The queue was only for the chairlift, but the rest of the ride was smooth.

I've been here when it first opened, when my child was 2 years old, now my child is 6 years old because it's a discount season, it's really crowded.

Although the duration is only 2 hours... but I'm satisfied because that's all there is to it, riding the cart back and forth... sliding... when it arrived there was no snowfall, I was disappointed but it was a fun experience for the children.

The staff at the location barely smiles, especially at the snack stall, oh my God, they're so rude even though we want to buy food while waiting for our children.
