It's okay for introducing animals to babies because they're not wild animals. Quite educational, there's also stroller rental so you don't have to bother bringing a stroller. The staff is also friendly. It would be better if those who buy tickets online didn't queue with those who bought offline because it's the same as queuing again if they were together.
