It was so much fun, everyone! My family went on a holiday and didn't have to queue much. The staff were also lovely and enthusiastic.

The experience was great. I bought the tickets online and used the QR code to scan, which was very convenient, and I even got a discount.

Buying tickets in advance through the app is more convenient. Just arrive at the venue, scan the code at the gates, and you can use them immediately without waiting any longer.

This is the 3rd consecutive time in the years that my team has gone out, sometimes up to 15 people at Amazing Bay. 1 - The staff in all areas are okay, cheerful, friendly except this time when the SURFING AREA FROM THE DAY THE DOOR WAS ADJUSTED, IMMEDIATELY AFTERWARDS SEEN 4 ANIMALS, the carpet was torn to pieces, all the foam for the surfboard was ripped off, in addition, while customers were playing, the staff threw some pieces of surfboard as if to warn them, the board that could be played with 1 was thrown far away, 2 was put on the platform --> the staff insisted on taking the torn surfboard for the customer to play. Disappointing. 2 - Delicious food service, the ladies at the restaurant are very attentive. 3 - The uncles/brothers at the Lazy River are very friendly, hanging their shirts neatly on the hooks. 4 - Restroom, changing room, locker: clean

Fun games, airy and spacious space, food is allowed but limited. Food in the play area is also quite diverse and delicious.

Bought a 441k ticket to play Amazing Bay (water park), took the train there, and visited the theme park but we didn't want to because we only wanted to play at the water park. The process was very good and the staff also gave clear instructions. Anyone who buys a ticket should click on "View payment receipt" to open it up and scan it to get in, to avoid being like our group at that time, it took forever to load, wasting time and effort. Minus point: the information is incorrect when it is written above, it is free for people aged 65 and over, but when you get there, you are required to buy a 40k ticket (with full documents). Another thing to suggest is that we were really looking forward to the "tsunami" game but the design of this game was not reasonable. It only came with one big wave and then disappeared, we had to wait for more than an hour and a half or 2 hours to soak in the water and wanted to turn into boiled shrimp but there was still no next tsunami, the whole group gave up and went home. We went from Saigon there really looking forward to that game, hoping it would be even better 🥹🥹 If the frequency is so sparse, can we make the wave more shocking and persistent?

It's okay, but in my opinion, there are a few games. Although all the games are fun, the water park only has 4 big slides, 2 children's areas, 1 lazy river and 1 artificial beach with 4m waves. A bit small compared to the area of the amusement park. The dry park, I went for a walk on the tank, literally walking around, getting on the car and going around. The ski area is fun but tiny, going in and sliding around 4-5 times is boring, the 18 floors of hell are dark, but all 18 floors are the same, not much difference, the path has many steps so the weak people fell in and lost their throats. Overall, it's fun, but there are few games, the ticket is much more expensive than the experience.
