Great experience. My kids love it. However, I bought tickets online and I just need to show them to enter. I still have to queue like people who buy tickets directly, the procedure is even slower than people who buy tickets directly. The ticket on traveloka is a combo with 2 games, but when I got there, they said that the other game had been discontinued for a long time so I could only play 1 game. Therefore, buying tickets directly will be cheaper for children 10 years old and under.

The VR experience was fun enough, though it did get a bit crowded. The photo spots are excellent for taking unique pictures. Umm overall... this is a great way to see Hanoi from above!

If you are confused about where to go, this place can be one of the places you can actually try, especially in the afternoon to dusk, the view of the sunset is very beautiful.

Ticket redemption takes approximately 4 minutes.

When I booked tickets for the whole family, I found out that children's tickets are calculated from 4-12 years old, but I thought the height was still calculated from 1m4 as an adult. Tickets bought on the app were also promoted during golden hours, including drinks, and ended at 10:30. I didn't get to experience anything like Traveloka said, which is closed at 23:30. There was nothing interesting.

The skywalk is really exciting and the view of Hanoi from the height is amazing, it makes you nervous, hahaha. You can also take lots of photos while you're here.

360 degree observation tower, can see around Hanoi, enthusiastic and cute staff. Changing tickets takes a while because the staff checks and enters tickets manually.

The Lotte Observation Deck offers great views of Hanoi, but I found the experience a bit overrated. The Skywalk was cool, but the VR games were less impressive than I expected. The photo zones were nice, but overall, I felt it was a bit overpriced for what it is
