The staffs were not very interested in the questions. The person who was watching the snake and taking pictures did not pay attention to the tourists' questions and kept a straight face and did not answer.

Good place but after buying through traveloka, go to the counter to exchange the ticket, have to wait 10 minutes for confirmation into the system.

It's too small. There aren't many fish that are exciting to look at.

When I went, a lot of it was closed for renovation. There should be a sign clearly stating the duration of the renovation. The sign only said jelly fish zone coming soon. When I actually went in, I didn't think that it would be closed this much because I've been there before and it was closed for renovation. Now, a lot of it is being renovated and they didn't inform me anything before booking.

The staff is okay but so-so and the only good thing is the show.

to be honest, its just basic experience, the aquarium and the fishes are great but the places is dirty, if you really want to see great aquarium this is not the places but if you want to spends time with your children they may like it. the staff are helpfull and kind.

Some of the aquarium zone were under construction without any info for my decision on the purchasing, it should have been a discount or notice since we cannot enter every part of the place.

It's expensive, the bathrooms are terrible, the staff are grumpy, the interior is not as advertised, it's a fake image, there should be enough and cleaner bathrooms, the waiting bathrooms are as bad as the workers' bathrooms, run away, don't come here.

Coming on June 8, 2024. Many places are closed for renovation.

When I went, there were 3 closed zones, which made me feel like I didn't get to see much of the marine life. I only spent a short time there. Because the 3 closed zones had a strong smell of mold and the water was a strange yellow color. Another thing I didn't like was that there were no name tags in the small tanks to tell us what we were looking at.

There are some closed area and it costed full payment. The price should be deducted due to maintenance zone. Also, air conditioner is malfunctioned.

On my visit this week the location was not maximum, some area was closed for renovation, kurang maintenance, less lighting so it look spooky.

The place was VERY hot and humid. My son spent time just 30 minutes and we were out of there.
