It's a shame it's a naavagreen class, this is my worst experience treatment at the naava branch, even though the queue is not crowded but it seems the staff is not cooperative with the customer queue, I have to wait from 10 am to 3 pm for a facial, as a result I go home later the info was that I was called back, until 3 pm no one called & I went back to the clinic according to the receptionist's appointment, even when I arrived at the clinic I had to wait 30 minutes again to wait for the therapist, the therapist was the same when I was treated carelessly because I was chasing time I want to go to 5 pm, as a result my face after treatment is all red for a few days Really bad experience at the naava clinic sunter branch

I considered a reservation for payment on the spot. the process is a bit complicated between the central naavagreen and the different Sunter ones. My voucher was rejected by Naavagreen Sunter and the recommended cash payment. very disappointed. the treatment process is bad too

The implementation of medical protocols for therapists is good. But not for the patient. 1 facial room filled with full patients. There is no partition between patients. There is no temperature check. Disappointing and terrible
