I'm not quite sure what the SOP is but I was hoping to get my hair checked first. They didn't offer it or anything until I asked. Although the explanation was helpful, I was already not feeling it bc of the lack of hospitality. Treatment done, I walked out of the salon to have lunch, suddenly the cashier call-spammed my number saying that the blow dry service wasn't included in the voucher I bought. First things first, they didn't let me know when I was in the salon. When I walked out of the salon, they didn't say anything about unpaid bills. It was weird and a little unpleasant for me. Initially I was going to buy the package treatment, but after all that, I'm going to hold it for now.

it's ok according to the procedure, but the treatment is good elsewhere, the atmosphere is really supportive, the seats are also good in other places, in Jakarta I haven't found it

Everything is okay, from the service facilities and products used.

It's okay, there are hidden costs. Just drying the hair 55rb

10/10 - What a great experience! My Hairstylist Milo was absolutely fantastic. He did an incredible job with my cut and blow-dry. Before, my hair was extra long and super thick. He understood exactly what I wanted and now my hair looks fresh and perfect! Super happy with the result. Great service. Reasonably priced.

Easy and fun as usual

In may may, it is definitely good when the shampooing moment is really good ... But for the service, everything is good, both from the receptionist, capster and the shampooers, the service is excellent ...

Good service even though the salon is crowded. Like the stylist's cut. The use of vouchers is also no problem when redeemed.

A bit expensive, because the service and the cut is still somewhat lacking in model, but the place is cozy

What a dusty place and not professional services. Too much offering additional products, become annoying. For the price that much, it's so disappointing

Beli hair spa untuk hairloss, dapatnya hair spa biasa karena katanya di sana hair spa adanya itu doang. Mana harganya beda. Agak nyesel sih, harusnya beli hair spa yg biasa aja... Tapi pijetannya oke & ramah...

Tempatnya nyaman, pijitannya pas, pelayanannya bagus.
