When I arrived, I was asked several times regarding the treatment I was taking, even though I confirmed beforehand, until I was asked and asked to see how much I paid on Traveloka, the reason being that the Beauty Lux center didn't know there was a treatment on Traveloka. The client shouldn't need to know Beauty Lux's internal affairs, because the payment I made was official with my personal card, and it was clear in the application that there was a treatment I took.
