I had a trouble with my traveloka voucher and the receptionist is very helpful and accommodating. The therapist was polite and gentle. The place is basic and clean. Their ginger tea is a must have! I hope they will offer more of this tea than giving small plastic bottle with tiny straw. Not only they can help lower the plastic waste, the tea is also a good drink after a relaxing therapy.
