There is no strange smell, very clean from the waiting table to the treatment room.

I thought the laser would hurt, but it didn't. The doctor explained it slowly... It felt safe and comfortable.

All therapists were sooo nice 😍 Really makes you feel at home!!

Loved how they explained every product used on my face. All branded, safe, and no irritation after. 🫶

The treatment was very good. Doctor was skilled and the facilities were also good. But the redeem process was not smooth. Either the staff was not familiar with the process or there was a technical glitch.

Laser process is too fast ... So in my opinion it's normal

Proses redeem dilayani dengan ramah, cepat, dan mudah. Sebelum treatment kita diminta mengisi formulir data diri serta menunjukkan ktp dahulu. Treatment photolasernya agak terasa sakit dan panas (mungkin reaksi berbeda-beda tiap pasien). Kulit terasa lebih kering tapi bersih. 3x photolaser masih belum benar-benar terlihat pori-pori mengecil/wajah cerah, tapi bulu halus di wajah jadi memudar warnanya. Mungkin lebih terlihat hasilnya kalau 5x treatment. Di akhir perawatan ditawarkan paket yg sesuai dengan kebutuhan wajah kita

Ditolak karena voucher pure lift katanya hanya berlaku bagi pelanggan baru. Padahal syarat dan ketentuan tidak ada. Petugasnya ga teliti... tolong kejadian ini jangan sampe menimpa yang lain. Kalo saya ga jeli-jeli mungkin saya rugi 688rb. Petugas bilangnya ga bisa ga bisa mulu sampe saya jengkel
