It was so much fun and highly recommended!!! I was immediately escorted to the massage room even though I hadn't made a reservation yet. The receptionist was very helpful and quick. We could choose our therapist and the massage was really good. After the massage, we were offered a complimentary drink which was complete and really good. I will definitely be back to Kokuo because it's so worth it!! And they employ blind therapists, it's so cool.

I didn't really like the skinny therapist. She was a bit pushy with her massage, which ended up hurting my arm. At Pakubuwono, it didn't feel like anything. It was just like being stroked. 😂 I don't know why I like Kokuo Fx so much out of all the branches in South Jakarta.

Everything's fine, but unfortunately, yesterday, several customers were calling on speakerphone and VN with quite loud volume. It was quite distracting. Hopefully, in the future, they'll be reminded to keep their phones on silent so they can enjoy the ambiance. Thank you.

Make a reservation by phone before coming. On weekdays, it should be safe because it's quiet, especially from morning to afternoon. I feel comfortable and light after the treatment. Even on the day+1, I still feel light next time. I will come again.

the room lacks privacy, staff often go back and forth, maybe because the room is connected to another room. the curtain separating the customer is not very closed and transparent, so it is uncomfortable if the person next to you is not someone you know, let alone the opposite sex. maybe you can pay attention to it again.
