Ordered on traveloka at once, not complicated at all. When we arrived, it turned out to be quite crowded until we had to do WL for only an hour, no big deal. When we arrived at the appointed time, the therapist immediately directed us to the massage place. We were also offered to change into shorts because they provided them too, coincidentally we were wearing long jeans for work abs. 60 minutes to relax. The therapist also always asked if the massage was enough. Afterwards, we were given a compliment of drinks that we could choose. There was coffee and no-coffee. Soo goood kokuo

Always go to Kokuo because everything is okay. The therapists are okay, all services are friendly, the compliments are also good.

reflexology experience here is always good. its my 2nd time trying kokuo and the service in one branch and the other are both good. very relaxing after. good job! oh yeah free mineral water and hot/cold drinks like coffee, chocolate, ginger or matcha latte after reflexology is finished
