Had to wait a long time for the therapist to come but the reflexology session was still good.

First impression of the place, it smells really good, I like it. The service is very good, I asked if it was suitable for my mind to be too tight? Very mindful! After the reflexology, I got a free matcha latte 🥰 thank youu

Comfortable place, the therapists are really wow, there is always a reason to come back to Kokuo.

I always come here for relaxing time when I do not need a full body (traditional) massage. Love the free optional drinks they offered after massage. Keep it up!

Different therapists have different massages, it's best to maintain the quality, I happened to get a therapist who was not very enthusiastic.

the massage was painful, I had requested it but it was still the same.. instead of relaxing it became painful. I asked for a kretek but they said it couldn't be done. Usually at Zen they get a wet massage and get a dry massage, if I had known that I wouldn't have wanted it. (for people who have thick leg hair, a dry massage makes the hair pull out)

It's nice, the place is comfortable, there's Netflix and you can get hot chocolate. Next time you can try the massage.
