I still had the voucher, but I wasn't sure what to do with it, so I ended up buying a female haircut + wash-and-blow voucher at Hairstudio. After purchasing the voucher, I confirmed it via WhatsApp and made an appointment because they were so busy. The WhatsApp admin was friendly and immediately explained the terms and conditions of the voucher. On the day, from the moment I walked in until the end, all the staff were friendly and very helpful. Even though I used a voucher, I was still well-served (I've had this experience at other salons, using vouchers here 😭). Luckily, everything was great here. Elio/Adit had a haircut. I had no clue what to cut, so they gave me a suggestion and confirmed how long I wanted it. The results were perfect for me and really good. Tya also gave me a great blow-dry. The person who washed my hair was very friendly, telling me what shampoo to use and how to use the water. The massage was also great. The place feels cozy and clean, even the restroom is spotless. It was lively but not crowded, so it still felt comfortable. Thank you for taking care of me. Will definitely return!!
