Everything was great. The staffs are nice and helpful. The treatment also great and long last. The head spa was super good, I enjoy the massage very much!

As for the cut and caps, it's good… but the registration/redeem process is complicated. As if the staff were surprised by guests who used vouchers from Traveloka. I was not given a disposable body covering and was given regular shampoo instead of shampoo treatment. The staff at the cashier are not too friendly and tend to be rude just because I'm a customer with a voucher.
