The staff was very friendly and accomodating

the concert was good, all the singers were good. it was exciting because you could hear Disney Princess songs from all generations so it could be enjoyed by everyone from children to adults. the only drawback was the crowd control. because yesterday people who came late were allowed to enter in the middle of the song and honestly it really disturbed the performance because they passed by and were still looking for a seat, and they walked through the middle path, so they covered the stage. not to mention when the song was in the middle the committee asked to see the ticket even though it had been shown in front. maybe next time it can be improved, if there are those who want to pass by, it's better not to do it in the middle when changing songs, especially those who ask because it's really annoying. and it seems like the committee doesn't memorize the sections and rows because they are still looking IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SONG. and the suggestion for seating, even though it's in a different section, the numbers and figures should be different, yesterday some people got to the wrong section because the numbers and figures were the same. maybe when you want to enter the venue, check the seats again to minimize mistakes and reduce people who are still looking for seats. but apart from that the rest is okay. Security is also okay, the people are nice, exchanging tickets is also a very easy process.

The first time watching a concert where we couldn't choose our seat number turned out to be very unpleasant. Got a seat with the middle part curved down, on the wing which made the view oblique even though in the same category in the middle row there were still many empty seats. Disturbed by 1 person who brought a camera with a special committee tag that moved back and forth recording blocking the view because of his recording action. It's enough to watch a concert in Indonesia if the system is like this.

not a princess event. not at all!!! so this is just a Disney song show. not so okay

Great Experience! Really touching our heart, like feeding our inner child. I don't know why but I often crying in this concert, remembering my childhood.

staff were nice but there was a conflict regarding seats. since more expensive seats were not fully booked, the staffs told people to move up to the front, and randomly! not in an orderly way. this is unfair to those who have spent more money to get better seats. imagine buying platinum tickets and sitting next to silver ticket holders😔

Disney Princess the Concert 2024 in Surabaya, November 09, 2024 The long-awaited finally arrived in Surabaya, deliberately bought for a birthday present for my child who really likes disney princess. Starting from the entry process, ticketing, food and beverage booths, merchandise booths, everything was well coordinated. The long-awaited show was also really cool. Not only was the child happy, mom was happy too. inner child was struggling. Can't wait for disney on ice 2025 in Surabaya. Thank you Traveloka
