Overall, the event was well-managed. Schedule was quite on-point and access within and around the venue was quite convenient. Event staff were all professional and very helpful. However, overall sound quality on stage was disappointing. Several technical issues with the equipment line/channel. Also, the official merch was far from memorable.
I'd also like to point out an issue pertaining to the artist accommodation at the Grand Merlyn Hotel, which was less than ideal considering several aspects:
- Distance and access to/from the venue
- Overall hotel quality standard
- There were many other suitable options within close vicinity to the venue
- ERP (safety precautions)
For future events the organizer may want to consider improving the creative/marketing activities including offering VIP meet and greet packages with the artists, press conference, and side activities whether online or offline to help build up excitement leading to the main event, and hence - more likelihood of increased ticket sales. Lastly, it's important to note that each artist(s) have their fanbase and communities - take advantage of them as your marketing tool. They will add up to ticket sales and help you with various promotional activities.
