The first time I watched on ice Disney at Jatim Expo Surabaya, it was very interesting. The appearance, stage, characters, sound, everything was really good, you won't regret it. If it's held again, I'll watch it again 👍

Just show your e-ticket, without waiting in line for long. And coincidentally because there was a show schedule that was canceled by the organizer, we got an upgrade ticket with a better view of the stage area.

The kids were happy watching Disney on Ice in Surabaya.

The queue was not long, ticket scanning was easy, ushers were helpful in directing seats, the show was on time, and overall the show was very good. The best view is in the middle.

It's wonderful. At first I was nervous about whether I would get a ticket because on Friday all the tickets were sold out. It turned out that it was open again so I chose Sunday to be safe. It's just that the hours on Sundays are from noon to noon and the chairs are very close together so it's difficult to bring a baby and their equipment because it's very cramped.

Amazing experience. Kids are so happy. Crowded but organized. Friendly crew. Great job.

The staff at the location were very friendly and familiar with the venue layout, the audience was also orderly.

Last minute rescheduling was very disappointing and the promotor took a century to respond to rechedule inquiry. However the show itself was NOT disapponting at all. It was absolutely 100% mesmerizing and captivating. I would love to see it again if it comes to Surabaya in the future

The ticket exchange was fast, it was just a shame that even though I had bought the ticket, the seating system didn't apply because my seat was already occupied by someone else.

Tickets were generally available throughout the week. Though, diamond & platinum seat’s views should be clearly told during booking process.

The event that was held was very interesting. The children loved it.

really nice acr.. the white guy is beautiful and handsome.. my kids really like it..but because my son is a boy 2..so I only like encanto and moana..the others are all for girls.. the accessories are expensive.. no queue..because you just show the brand code.. only bronze class.so in the back.. but on that date it's quiet so I can move a little bit to the front..

Awesome, suitable for all ages experience. Crowd management is also top notch. The crew is very helpful in directing the audience to their seats clearly.

Exchanging tickets with Traveloka is easy and fast, security is quite tight, the show is quite good, it's just a shame the decoration is lacking.

As a Disney lover, going to Disney on Ice was an unforgettable experience! So much fun!!
