The place is clean, only at that time the PCR equipment ran out so you had to wait a long time

Friendly service. But unfortunately, they were not asked when to redeem the voucher at the registration section, whether the PCR results would be inputted to Care for Protection or not. So you have to WA again to CS.

The drive thru opens only half the daytime. My sample was taken on saturday, in a poly, the facility was not really complete for taking a sample. The result should be D+1, was trying to reach the hospital few times and at the end they said Sunday is closed. So, I wait until Monday but there was no update for my result until almost evening. Was trying to call a few times but was not picked up. The administration process is kinda disappointing

the previous staff only knew how to use it with online redemption (swipe voucher) even though it could be done offline too. because at that time the signal was offline. finally by reading how to do it again offline

The registration process is fast and the sampling is also fast, it's just a shame to get the results for a long time, finally home and sent via email and WA. Unfortunately, the results don't come with a doctor's signature and a wet stamp, so it's a bit difficult if you want to use it for travel conditions

For antigens, after testing it takes approximately 1 hour to get the results via email.
