The service at the place is quite good and professional. I was a little disappointed because my PCR results did not come out exactly 24 hours and 5 hours later. I hope this can be fixed to be consistent with its 24-hour ads. As input, I was also surprised to see how to communicate with CS via WhatsApp which was not neat in typing and speaking with customers. But that's okay, maybe it's still a learning process and the briefing is incomplete. Maybe next time it can be reviewed and improved again.
