The location for taking antigen samples is close to the ER at Mitra Keluarga Waru Hospital. That's why I took the next sample at another Mitra Keluarga Hospital and drive thru.
Another thing is that the results of my antigens until I sent this review, were never uploaded to the Peduli Protect application by Mitra Keluarga & the impact was questioned during the checking process at Juanda airport

the swab officer is helpful and friendly, well, only the administration and lab are not very friendly. so the customer feels really stupid even though the information conveyed is minimal...
Hopefully, the attitude and way of communicating to customers can be improved.
