Staff (the one who took my sample) was constantly on the phone, didn’t make eye contact when asked questions, answered lazily, the process was not gentle & very discomforting (I say this because I’ve received much better treatment upon samples taking), didn’t direct the next step so I waited outside (the booth where samples were taken) while we’re supposed to receive the result inside. Probably wouldn’t come back here. Very disappointed. No photos because there was a sign in the booth saying “photo/video prohibited”, probably so they could get away with bad handling. The admin staffs & security were fine
