Siloam's service never disappoints

I didn't receive the test result through email, just like what they promised. I had to personally get it from the hospital on the fifth day.

it was ok, easy and smooth process.

Everything was so smooth and the staff so friendly to explain the step. The result is so quick... It all finished at 11:30 by the way

the staff is very helpful and doesn't take too long. I thought I went to the hospital, it turned out to be a drive thru. but it's okay. overall everything is good service.

The service is very good, the nurse to the cashier is very friendly, the queue is a bit long but it's still okay, the waiting place is under the tent but it doesn't feel hot in my opinion, the explanation of the test results is also very well explained by the doctor on duty

This swab test service is very helpful, where when an urgent test is required. unfortunately my experience after getting the results, I wanted to get a reimbursement letter for the office, had to go back and forth from the drive thru area, directed into the hospital, then transferred to the MCU, transferred back to the drive thru area. After a little bit of persistence, I can get the documents I need.
