The process runs smoothly and seamlessly without any problems.

The place is so clean and regularly disinfected. If you come in the afternoon, please note they will close down for a couple of hours for disinfection. The services were good and quick. Once booking from Traveloka, no need to make further appointment. I did PCR and ART test. PCR result was issued within less than 24 hrs, while ART was only 20 minutes. Certificate could be issued in the bilingual languages of Bahasa and English, which is required for overseas traveling.

Came and was told to go home because it was full. Even though it's come a long way...

for the place, it's comfortable, but the service is lacking in my opinion. I accidentally bought a voucher on the same day, it turns out that the results actually exceed 24 hours & the results are not updated in PeduliLindung with the reason "system error". not really recommended for people who need fast results.

The registration section seems unfriendly, especially for patients who are coming to the clinic for the first time.

Wrong gender, long time not entered into care to protect, even though it's been 7 hours (test is at 4 pm. No one is care to protect at 11 pm), even though in the morning I have to leave for Gambir train station. Also one of the names of the 3 test takers, did not appear in protect care. After re-entering, it just appears, it could be the wrong input. apparently, not ready to accept many test takers.
