Map on this site was wrong, it directed me to wrong place. It was little hard to communicate in English.

The facility takes an unexpected break from work without any notice to customers who have a reservation for the day, leaving customers in a passive position, unable to test according to the schedule/time they want, delaying activities. other customers, it is not even possible to cancel the appointment to request a refund because the policy has to cancel the appointment 1 day before the appointment date, but the hospital leaves work on the day of the appointment.
