it's better if traveloka must have linked to Gleneagles Surabaya, so that guests who want antigens don't need to redeem vouchers, so when a guest who wants antigen data has entered, the staff doesn't need to contact Traveloka anymore. Yesterday I ordered tickets for office colleagues, using my traveloka application. If you have to open the application it's complicated. That's my suggestion, thanks in advance and sorry

fast and uncomplicated process.

The laboratory is clean, the service is good, and the health protocols are implemented. Visitors are comfortable. Already registered in the Ministry of Health COVID-19 Lab so it can be used for travel requirements documents

I was there in the morning, the process was quick and comfortable. All good, services, staffs, the test result, I do highly recommend this place!

I went there during the day, there was absolutely no queue, the service was fast, the results were also sent in an hour via WA so there was no need to go back there again

very long service in the administration, 1 queue number takes about 10 minutes to take care of the admin, after that you get a new number again for the swab queue, the queue is not much compared to the previous swab place, even though the swab room is empty, it says swab takes 10 minutes or so should be paused for that time. the admin staff also doesn't understand traveloka payment regulations
