Just fill in the address until it's wrong, the alibi is because there are so many patients, please understand. The point is, if it's wrong, it's corrected, not dodged. revised. recheck if necessary, as part of your responsibility ... not ngeles. If you just tap the address, it's owned by someone else... what about the lab results?

The service does not match the hours in the application. So I missed my flight. Please improve the service again. Thanks

the price on traveloka was 250 thousand, when I came to the location it turned out that the price on the spot was only 200 thousand. So it's better to go straight to the location ... for vouchers can't be scanned immediately, we have to send an email proof of purchase from Traveloka. hopefully in the future it can be even easier and the price can be adjusted. thank you

Good, fast service, and friendly staff

fast, precise and accurate, recommended, every time you want a flight swab you must be in pharmaceutical chemistry

The place is small, the line is quite busy, the staff is not friendly. The one who is okay and alert is the security guard. The antigen swab method is also detailed, in both the nostrils & throat. The results were quite fast, 1 hour after the swab test.

I gave a rating of 2 because the reactive / non-reactive results were crossed out using a pen. So that the staff can just as they like for the results according to / or not. Suggestions for the future don't cross with a pen. But it is printed reactive / not

If you like to be bothered by clinics this might be the place for you! Arriving at the location, you have to fill out the physical form by hand in the middle of the tight line. Arriving in front of the cashier, you will be asked again to forward e-mails from Traveloka to their admin (surprised, right? Shouldn't they already have our digital data?) Next, we have to physically take OWN test results. Not via e-mail or Whatsapp.

- if possible suggest for lab results in email. so there is no more accumulation of people when queuing for check results. - When the re-registration is made simple too so there is no accumulation of people in clinics / pharmacies

The place cannot pay using a card, but fortunately it can be through Traveloka

I’ve been undergo a swab test for couple of times. And this is one of the worst. She didn’t gently do it but seems in a hurry so it is damn painful.
