The staff was very helpful, starting with the voucher exchange process after I encountered a problem scanning the barcode. They kept trying and finding a solution, including photographing my barcode. The facilities provided are quite good, including those for children's motor skills.

The exchange process was quick. Kidzoona is okay, not too big, so it's not too tiring looking after the kids. However, my last visit was during the school holidays, so it was really crowded and messy. Overall, it's okay.

It's easier and cheaper to buy Kidzoona tickets via the app. You always get half the price if you buy through the app. 😆 So, the price of one child's ticket (if you buy directly) can get you two children's tickets through the app. 🥰
