It just so happened that it wasn't crowded when I went there... So the kids could play freely.

The promo is really worth it because it lasts all day until the mall closes. You can also go in and out to pray and eat as long as you show your ticket/receipt. I don't wear bracelets anymore and just use something similar to a receipt. It's okay so I don't litter. If you enter when it just opens, it's still neat and clean. As the afternoon gets more chaotic when it's crowded, but the staff is quick to clean up. The newest arena is a sand play area. Continued success and frequent promotions, Kidzoona.
