There are only 3 staff, who handle everything from top up, technicians, exchanges. Many machines don't work properly. Be careful if the balance is cut off or the coins are swallowed but can't play, complain immediately so they can be replaced. The staff was rude when I asked to redeem the voucher from Traveloka (100k pay 81k) they said they no longer cooperate with Traveloka and there is no promo and no exchange machine. I asked to meet the manager said he was out. I reported it to CS Traveloka, which was really amazing, they responded immediately. Finally the manager came out after Traveloka called them and then they redeemed my voucher! The staff is unprofessional!
