Great, my child is very happy. The staff is very helpful.

staff is very helpful in exchanging tickets, waiting time is quite long, lots of games

In short, filling out tickets is easy and the facilities are attractive.

Lack of technicians/staffs means that there are locations where many people are interested in having to wait for staff to be available to ride the rides/games because the rides are temporarily closed.

The staff is friendly, I didn't realize that the 300 voucher ran out so quickly 😂

Management funworld mantos masih kacau, ketika mau claim voucher kasir bingung dan agak lama prosesnya. Mekanismenya ribet, akhirnya diskusi dan dicatat manual baru kami bisa gunakan voucher funworld. Semoga management bisa buat lebih simple lagi ketika klaim vouchernya. Dan beberapa mesin permainan banyak yang trouble akhirnya tidak bisa dimain, semoga diperhatikan management. Terakhir masalah staff cuma 2 orang yang aktif, yang lain tidak kelihatan. Kiranya management bisa turun audit. Terima kasih.
