So far, the ticketing exchange is safe. The facilities are good. There are instagrammable corners for photos 😎 Just please pay attention to the cleanliness of the pool.. because there are lots of ants, twigs & leaves that fell from the tree, my child got itchy 🙈. And the food? The price is not cheap haha. It's better to bring it from home or eat in the mall too. But overall it's okay, thank you.

The service was fine, but I was disappointed to find that when I purchased directly, there was a buy 2 get 1 free promotion, but Traveloka had minimal promotions. It's sad...

Ticket exchange is very easy, yes, the locker and rinsing facilities are good, there is one female officer on duty in the locker area, there is a fee for locker and tire rental with a deposit that will be returned, complete rides and the most exciting is the wave pool. There is a bonus of playing outside the pool area, but still in the same location, regarding food we did not try, because we ate at the food court upstairs. The pool is clean and at that time there were not too many people visiting so there was not much queue. the drawback is one (my child's small ball ⚽ was lost and could not be found). in the future it must be better 👍

Exchanging tickets is quite easy. However, the facilities and cleanliness need to be improved. I visited twice when it first opened and the holiday season was very busy, so the pool wasn't very clean. The second time I visited after a few months, the cleanliness was even worse. The pool water remained less clear, and some areas, like the stairs, were a bit dirty, as if they hadn't been cleaned often.

Recommended for families, good facilities, clean, lots of snacks, next to the mall.
