The service is very good, friendly, and very helpful. For those who just came there, no need to be confused, we will be directed very detailed from the beginning to the end of the rides. If you are going there, it is better to leave early so that it is still quiet and not chaotic with visitors who come.

the agent there forced to sell photo and video documentation for 350000 rp, I just parasailing only 185k per paxx and forbids bringing cellphones to the boat even though parasailing is not wet at all and the other guests all bring cellphones to the boat because the agent directs it. If I document it and share it on social media, it can be a free publication for you. the place is messy, the dressing room smells. the wait is long and hot. bad experiences. the price is also not very cheap. next to me get 150 k per paxx

The watersports are fun, voucher redemption is easy. Toilet and changing room facilities can be improved, many doors are broken and slots/locks cannot be used. The toilet is also dirty and some of the water doesn't work
