Excellent service, recommended.

Good experience, but if you book from OTA, it's not directly registered so on the day, my name and my wife's name were not registered. Luckily there was still a ship slot. And for the food, it only includes lunch at a local restaurant, a choice of 1 meal and 1 drink. (I chose Nasi Goreng and Mineral Water) different from a few years ago, I ate all you can eat on the Ponton ship. But the guide sofar was very kind and friendly

We had great fun, we are going on this trip with 3 children youngest at 5 Yo. the pontoon is big and spacious making a great base for us to go from one activity to another. There is kids pool, banana boat, snorkeling, submarine ride, sliding to ocean and more activities with extra fee such as diving, donut ride, fish feeding. Last part of it is stopping by to their marina park that has nice pool + proper bath. Lunch is tasty with common menu that kids can enjoy. To note that the boat ride from Tanjung Benoa to pontoon and vice versa is very shaky (1 hour journey) and better prep with anti seasick med esp for kids. However its all worh it ! The staffs also very kind with extra care for our kids. Thank you Quicksilver team !

The staff are all super nice, friendly, help document all activities, always offer other activities, the facilities are also good, the fast boat is also okay. Decent lunch. We are really happy, satisfied and relaxed here until the end. Thank you very much all the team. A few tips, it's better for you to bring your own food because we have a lot of activities so you'll get hungry easily, it's better to bring snacks. Lunch time there is 12 o'clock, oh, you can rent towels and lockers there too cheaply, only 10 thousand. Highly recommended!!!

Really provides a new experience!

my child is very happy to go to Nusa Penida Mega Pontoon. Banana boat ride can be added. love the paid donut ride. Need to repair the bridge. because many lockers are broken, wooden tables and benches need rejuvenation.

not as interesting as what is offered, it takes a long time but the facilities can't balance it

It's not a cruise! Just an overcrowded regular speedboat transport to Nusa Penida! We completed our tour at 12pm as there was nothing else to do after that! Too expensive just for a Banana boat ride as we couldn’t do snorkeling due to very heavy currents! Submarine experience was nothing special.

the first experience to nusa penida with the quicksilver tour was an unforgettable experience because we and the children were all happy... the service of the tour guide was very professional and friendly to tourists. really recommended

a very memorable one day trip. the staff are friendly. the vehicle facilities are OK and clean. on time, clean bathroom. equipment is well maintained. the food is also delicious and clean. Locker rental fees and other additional food are also affordable. you can bring your own supplies. Very satisfied with the service and someday want to come back again.

we had a very pleasant trip. the staffs are very helpful, foods and drinks are provided, you can buy more food and drink with an affordable price too. the activities were fun. we went here during pandemic so it was not as crowded as it used to be, but their hospitality remains. we are so satisfied. thank you very much!
