pick up at scheduled location well. clean transportation, beautiful destination. only time for kayaking is not long enough

friendly bus driver, smooth journey, however, it would be better to include Sung Sot Cave instead od current one because of larger cave size and attraction

Was overall good and we get roughly the money's worth. However food focused on quantity instead of quality, and it was interesting that no mention about drink is paid exclusively (for lunch om the boat) and it was only mentioned on the spot. Guides are decent.

Lunch on the cruise is quite good and complete. The taste is also quite good. —— 1. Before the tour, I was quite confused about where to go for the departure point. However, the confusion was resolved by reading the email. 2. This tour allows for changes on the day of implementation and changes to a small group at the location. However, these changes were resolved well and remained enjoyable.

The staff were very friendly & helpful, even recommended us a good restaurant after we arrived back. The food in the cruise was great too, and the explanations during the tour were very interesting.

I love the tour guide, he is funny and helpful. The tour is quite good, view is amazing and splendid. I love to see the caves, the rocks and so on. However, food is not good at all but it is understandable.

For vegetarians, a vegetarian menu is provided, you can request without onions.

tourguide is funny and helpful, cruise is beautiful and food is amazing, dont forget bring your drink bottle inside the ship but put inside your back, otherwise you need to pay extra for drink.

I really liked the tour guide on this trip. He was enthusiastic, cheerful and knowledgeable. Wherever he went, whether in Hanoi or Ha Long, he guided everyone, the driver was happy. Will order again if given the chance.
