the tour guide is friendly & very experienced.

The guide is very communicative, the driver is very patient and explains everything, I brought my toddler and the driver was very safe.

The driver is less communicative

There are a couple of things to note: 1. No communication about our trip booking between the vendor and the jeep operator 2. The jeep operator misread our reservation of 2 Sep. It should be on 9 Feb. We were waiting for an hour+ to sort this as the operator needs to find a driver right on the spot

Very easy to use and worth the price! It was an exciting experience to climb over rocky road up to the Merapi site. We even get the chance to crash through water riding the Jeep! The guide also very nice and polite.

The guides are friendly, driving is also slow and careful (there are toddlers of 5 years). Very good

The driver was really nice, he really gave us "the experience". We really had fun, thanks to him. He gave us informations about places we visited. Nice ride. Took more than 2 hours for 3 places and an off road ride. The base camp is quite far, but we didn't have to wait at all for the jeeps although it was holiday season.

It was really fun ... Unfortunately I left when the time was not right when the mountain was tidying up, it didn't look covered in fog

Super duper rekomen krn pelayanannya oke dan cepat. Lokasi basecamp pun sangat rekomen... Ambil medium tour dan seru banget perjalanan + pengalamannya, tour guidenya (mas bowi, 08) super super baik dan sangat membantu. Kalo ada yg mau naik jeep merapi pasti langsung rekomendasiin ini...
