It's quite fun to be able to cover all of Kuala Lumpur's destinations in one day with this Hoho bus. There are two routes that we can explore in one day with a 24-hour ticket: the Garden route and the City route. We can try the routes alternately. We can stop at each bus stop to take pictures or visit nearby tourist destinations. However, the bus doesn't wait, we have to wait for the next bus to come to pick us up. We can board from any bus stop. However, the starting point for the bus and ticket purchases are in front of Sungei Wang Plaza. The tickets are divided into two categories. There is a 24-hour ticket, but the operating hours are only 9 am to 6 pm. And to enjoy the night trip decorated with sparkling night lights, we have to buy another City Light ticket which is slightly more expensive than the 24-hour ticket.

Easiest way to travel across KL, better to ride since early in the morning and do not forget your hat.

It's also fun to enjoy the Malaysian atmosphere from the KL Hop On Hop Off car.

We recently took the Hop-On Hop-Off bus tour in Malaysia, and overall, we really enjoyed it. The bus was clean, the staff were polite and attentive, and everything was well organized. However, at stop number 21 (the one with the horses), we had some inconvenience. We were told we could go inside until 4:00 p.m., but when we arrived, the staff said it was closed and only allowed us to take photos from outside. Also, there were no benches or shade at this stop, so we had to stand in the heat for about half an hour until the next bus came. It would be nice if the organizers added at least some seating or an umbrella for tourists.

Everything is good. Very interesting for those with children…

My issued tickets and vouchers couldn't be used on the day of the trip, due to not contacting the supplier. I was dealing with the app, not the supplier. No refund, no rescheduling, no solution, no accountability from them. I lost four night-seeing tickets. Bad experience.

It's an unforgettable experience to ride the Kuala Lumpur City Tour. Tickets are valid for 24 hours. Stopping points are clear and widely distributed, service is excellent, and purchasing and boarding are easy. It's always busy with visitors. You can stop at any point you want to visit and then re-board the bus.

It was very easy to exchange tickets, and the guides were all friendly. The vehicles were comfortable, and there were plenty of departures every 15 minutes. Plus, they were available until 12 noon the next day. Absolutely top-notch. Every tourist visiting KL should try the KL Hop-On Hop-Off. It's incredibly fun, and it's worth the price to see so many iconic spots in KL.
