the tour staff is really fast to respond .. I contacted them first before making the booking, They directly answered my question clearly. I just bought the tour one day before, and the staff directly contacted me after the booking made.. they explained to me about what to prepare for tomorrow morning.. all was good.. but the queue before entering the cave is really tiring.. very long queue in the hot sunny day 🤪...no wonder, because 30 april was the public holiday in Vietnam

Overall a very good experience. We were picked up and dropped at our hotel in the Old Quarter. Thanks to our guide that out trip began and ended on time. Ha Long Bay is indeed beautiful! Our first stop was at Ha Long Pearl where we were given the time to look at the history or buy some pearls. Next we went to the harbour to go to our ship. The ship was clean with a jacuzzi, inside there were aircons and you could charge your phone. The lunch was good, although the sunset snacks could use more food (there were only crackers and fruits, and people were hungry after adventuring the Titop Island). Overall a very nice experience!

I had so much fun! Our tour guide, Dolphin, was absolutely fantastic! He was also very helpful in navigating the island and making sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

The bus is good, the guide is quite clear, the itinerary is on schedule. The food is ok.

A very nice and easy arrangement made by them. Also, the app will help to connect you with them if you need something like arranging the pick-up point (if transfer by bus is selected). Very reasonable price. You may add on the service, e.g., kayak, speed boat, sampan. I chose the speed boat and sampan (boat rowed by local), per pax you need to add approximately 350K VND, very recommended activities. Buffet food was selected and the food was okay. The waiters were very welcoming. Overall, you need to book this!

The guide was incredibly patient and kind, besides that he also really took me and picked me up to the hotel. The food was also delicious, I suggest if you go to Halong Bay, take the complete package and eat the buffet so you will be satisfied, it was really fun, you won't regret joining this tour.
