I booked this tour on the app as a non-refundable tour. The supplier SST Travel informed me that the Luxury train was out of stock, suggested that I use a lower class train and refunded me the difference of 1300000. After confirming the train change and refund with Traveloka, I was ok with the plan. The tour experience was smooth, the service quality was ok.
When it came to the refund stage, it was a really bad experience. The tour supplier, SST Travel, had no serious intention of refunding me, was vague, promised many times and up to now, 10 days have passed and I still have not received a refund. I have contacted Traveloka support 3 times, Traveloka has been very enthusiastic in supporting, but up to now, the supplier's actions are still making appointments and then breaking them. Even in recent days, I have not received a response from the supplier when I texted the supplier, only when I called Traveloka did they respond.
In summary, my experience with this tour provider is negative, unprofessional and extremely disrespectful to customers. Everyone should pay close attention to the provider when booking a tour and should stay away from this SST Travel provider to avoid trouble.
