Pak Ello is a great driver! He has a lot of experience and is humble, polite, and welcoming. He was very accommodating to our needs, too. We have already booked him for our airport drop-off and would happily recommend him to our friends and family when visiting Lombok.

Pak Ilo, our tour guide, was prompt in picking us up, arranging the vehicle and the direction of where to go. He was quite flexible with the schedule and quite communicative during the entire process. He took us to the Sade village, Kuta beach, race track, to the mall. It was a good trip!

The trip is very safe, comfortable, and friendly! However, you can sometimes follow the flow of travelers, especially self-tourists, to get as much help as possible in taking photos.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was explained in detail.

Overall, it's good 👍🏻🥳 I didn't drive too fast.
