In Hanoi, the hotel is old, there are no tea and coffee facilities in the room, the package details include 1x dinner, still not given even after complaints, compensation was given, including airport pick-up, when returning home they were not taken to the airport with the excuse that they had left Sapa, I added an extra 2 days in Hanoi

The trip was amazing and well organised. The food, hotel, transportation they provided are excellent. Tight schedule indeed, however they manage it properly. As first timer to the trip, I would like to recommend this to whoever would like to explore Northern Vietnam. As aditional, I advise you to add 1 more night in Sapa for better experience in Fansipan, I think you can ask the tour for assistance on this.

Perfect if you want to know the northern nature wonders, that being said, weather can change very fast in Sa Pa so better bring something to cover from the rain. I think for the price this is one of the best tours available. Staff members were always nice, and food was always good too. I highly recommend for those who enjoy landscapes, and also don’t forget to bring extra cash in case you want to do extra activities not included in the tour, like the Mua Cave. Absolutely worth it!

Everything is ok, you just have to be more careful so you don't get pickpocketed 👍

We returned from Fansipan very late (15.00) but the Hotel still provided us with lunch.
