Easy to redeem using qr code. however, if there is 4 pax like us, best to buy separately on 4 phones, instead of on 1 phone. when scanning qr code to enter gantry, 1 pax have to scan 4 times for 4 pax qr code, as a result, holding the line. Some local residents might be impatient and push us out of the line.

So after I got an email from Traveloka, I went straight to Osaka Station and looked for a place to exchange it. So, remember, REMEMBER, this ticket is only valid for Metro stations, not for JR or other train companies. After exchanging it at the Metro counter at Osaka Metro Station, the way to use it is to just insert it on the platform. Remember, insert it on the platform (not on the platform). It is valid for 2 days after use on the platform. The point is, whoops it up if you want to explore Greater Osaka using this. AWESOME👍👍

It was quite difficult to find the place to redeem it, the place that Traveloka informed is not accurate, we’ve gone to some places that Traveloka informed but they said it can’t be redeemed there. We finally can redeem it at a store at Osaka-Umeda station. We use it the next day so we can use it all day. And then we realized that at every station also sell One-day Pass ticket, so if we just need the One-day train/bus ticket, better buy it at the station instead of buying it from Traveloka. But if we also need the Tourist Pass, buy it from Traveloka is quite worth the money but be aware of the difficulty to find the place to redeem it
